CUYUNA Mt Bike park is home to 70 miles of one-way, one-direction, purpose-built single track trails and continues to strengthen its national reputation as 1 of best mt bike areas in the USA.
If you are not into Mt Biking that is OK because…. only a mile from our camp is the Mesabi Trail. This trail stretching from the Mississippi to the Boundary Waters, with over 150 miles of paved trail. The
Mesabi trail is like no other in the country. Cutting through the forests of northeast Minnesota, past lakes, creeks and ponds, by vast red pits of old iron ore mines now filled with emerald green water.
We have reservations in a campground (True North Basecamp) with direct access to the mt. bike trails, close to the Mesabi trail and is located right in town with-in biking/walking distance to the evening night life. You can choose to go to the…

Tent/ Hammock Camping:
bring your own gear (limited to 3 spots) - $80 for all three nights – the site has a fire pit with a grill and that is about it. There port-a-potties that is shared with three sites. There is a community shower house that has showers and electricity. There is waterspout that is shared with the other sites. $80.00 total (includes all 3 nights) – Can only have 4 – 2man tents on the site.

Tent Cabin Camping:
you do not have to bring any camping equipment/supplies. These are canvas tents that are waterproof, have two beds, a table, an electrical outlet. You will need to bring sleeping gear and that’s it. $200 total (included all 3 nights) – only 4 available
