95 MILES. TWO STATES. ONE EPIC ROTR ADVENTURE. (GEORGIA and ALABAMA)
TEAM ROTR is hitting the road for a destination ride on the Silver Comet Trail in Georgia and the Chief Ladiga Trail in Alabama!
These two trails connect at the Georgia–Alabama state line to create a continuous 94.5-mile, fully paved rail-trail system — one of the longest continuous paved non-motorized trails in the United States. Both trails have earned a spot in the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy Hall of Fame.
Built along abandoned railroad corridors, the route is primarily flat with gentle rolling grades, making this an incredible trail for a multi-day TEAM ROTR adventure.
